Return and Exchange policy
1. Overview
At Fillyfab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth experience.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Time Frame: The customer must contact our support team immediately after receiving the product or within 48 hours to initiate a return or exchange. Customer must send the product so that it is received by us within 10 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. In certain cases, we may request an unboxing video to verify the product condition. This request is only to prevent potential fraudulent returns and is not intended to question customer integrity.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including intimate wear, custom-made products, items marked as “Not Returnable,” and any products purchased as part of a sale or promotional offer, are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Return Process
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@fillyfab.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. The customer is required to send the product back to our office address, as mentioned in the invoice or bill.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 9-15 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Process
Initiating an Exchange: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at contact@fillyfab.com. with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
Availability: Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, customers may select an alternative item of equal or higher value. Alternatively, we can provide a coupon for future use if preferred.
Shipping for Exchanges: We will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item to you once we receive the original item.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@fillyfab.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover all associated shipping costs. You can choose to receive a replacement item or a full refund.
6. International Returns and Exchanges
For international orders, the same return and exchange policies apply. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with returns and exchanges.
7. Sale Items
Items marked as “Not Returnable,” and any products purchased as part of a SALE or promotional OFFER, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase.
